Overall Satisfaction with Heap
Heap is the platform that let me have a great analysis of products. One of the best things is that I have got rid of complex coding. I love that it offers a clean datasheet for the entire year’s progress. Now, I have customized permissions so that all of them could get access that delivers the right insights. Overall, I would say it has improved the productivity of our company.
Pros
- The approach of customers on my product automatically captures all user data and helps me to convert it into a never-ending sales pipeline. It offers me a graphical representation of the entire work.
- I appreciate its effective reporting. It offers great analytical tools for this purpose.
- Heap has lessened my burdens. I have got rid of the manual tracking of the data, but now it provides me all.

- There is no drawback in this tool. Heap is the platform that keeps a great part in making our decisions effective and productive.
