Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap is used only in the product department, which is our larger department. Heap helps drive data-driven decisions and strategies for product engagement. It also is used to observe user behavior and decide what assets are deemed popular by users. Heap is also used to observe user segments and behaviors of those groups.

  • Event visualizer is great but I wish the naming conventions were easier to assign.
  • Increased conversion rates
  • Increased product engagement overall
  • Increased weekly usage of the product
Vidyard was great for video retention and Looker is good for user actions against assets but Heap's event visualizer is unmatched!

We were able to see user behavior when clicking on a particular part of our site. It doesn't help too much with video products as far as retention of watching, etc.
