Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

HireVue allows us to look at different interviews any time we have some free time. It doesn't have to be during work hours.

Pros

  • Flexibility
  • Customization
  • User Interface

Cons

  • I would suggest making it easier to have conversations about specific candidates, like set up a chat for 'reviewers' or the ability to e-mail feedback directly to other reviewers.
  • Saves time and creates employee efficiency
HireVue is best suited for a large organization where different key players have decision making [roles] and it's not just one person that decides on hires.
