Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts, come up with content ideas, and collaborate on social media content. It allows us to have our social media work streamlined and easy to access with a variety of users. We use it for our own social media and for our clients' social media.

  • It helps quite a bit with efficiency.
  • Its preview feature helps us create attractive posts.
  • It saves time.
I've tried other scheduling platforms, and I just keep returning to Hootsuite. I like the interface, I understand the layout, and I appreciate what the platform does. My only complaint is that Hootsuite used to have more content suggestions, which can be really valuable for some customers who just need regular content and not a lot of strategy.

Hootsuite is great for most organizations who need a social media management and scheduling tool. For people who use TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest frequently, I can't speak to how well it works. I've had trouble getting it to work the way I need it to for Pinterest, but for most of my needs, I really appreciate it.
