Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We currently utilize it globally at my company. I personally use it daily for scheduling social media posts, reviewing trends and updates, and seeing what other sites across the globe are posting. Mainly though, I use it for scheduling social media posts. Utilizing Hootsuite has enabled me to plan more strategically, [quickly], and [more easily] than directly posting to each platform. It has also helped greatly with idea sharing globally.

They each have their pluses and minuses but are very similar from a broad view. You’re almost comparing apples to apples. The user interface (UI) of SproutSocial is better in my opinion, but that’s okay.
I’ve never had to utilize their support group/page/FAQ.

I use it both personally for freelance work and professionally with my global organization. It works well for both uses. It has its pluses and minuses but is one of the best (next to SproutSocial) in my humble opinion. The setup and implementation [weren’t] the easiest and it often disconnects networks (which is a pain).
