Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I really enjoy using Hootsuite for all my social media marketing because it saves me time when posting. I love that I can reply to everyone on one platform. They have made things even easier with the ability to customize each social media platform I use so that I can tag other companies or individuals in my posts. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Pros

  • Easy scheduling

Cons

  • This platform is not really supportive of LinkedIn as it sometimes does not allow you to tag different videos on your personal accounts with this platform.
  • I feel that the amount of channels we can manage with the Pro account is not enough.
  • The initial set up could be a little easier.
  • We now have more accurate data on social media outreach.

  • [There are] more people are engaging on social websites due to insight from Hootsuite professionals.
I feel like Hootsuite is much easier to use than Hubspot also the price is so much better.
I really like Hootsuite and feel that they provide a great product and excellent customer service.
