Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For us, Hootsuite is a great system that has helped us solve a lot of issues. One of the things I enjoy the most is having a quick overview of all of our social media platforms in one place. This just makes it easier to keep track of all of our campaigns that are being launched and the ones that are programmed and haven't been published yet. It also helps to gather data and insights of better posting times and of how well our campaigns are performing. I manage a group of sister companies, Hootsuite makes it easy to have separate dashboards in one account. This makes it much easier to keep track of all of the companies in one place with no need of having separate users and passwords, making it very simple for me to keep track of everything. I like you can schedule posts in advance, I use this a lot to program posts on a monthly basis.

It's easier to work with, it's the one that's been around to my knowledge. I've used it in different companies because it's the one they [chose] to use before I arrived. It has great connectivity. It allows you to add different companies to one account. It allows you to invite users to work in the same account, in case you are working with a team. It has more integrations than the rest.

Sometimes it has become a little tough to get in touch and receive a response when issues arise. As you know social media nowadays it's very important and it can become very stressful to wait for so long to obtain a response in order to resolve issues that keep you from moving forward in a business.

I like how Hootsuite works, as a personal opinion, one of my pain points is not being able to add a series of images to Instagram in order to schedule and publish. I do like their dashboard overview of all social media accounts. I like how you can add different accounts to one user and manage them all from there. This is very useful for freelancers.
