Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
I had to manage social channels for different clients individually and the process was so time consuming. I was missing out on timely post publishing, engaging with comments etc. Once I start using hootsuite, I linked all social channels and streamlined the process. Now, be it posting, read response, schedule messages, view statistics & reports, I am saving a lot of time and reduced by TAT for all activities.
