Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We primarily use Hootsuite for high level analytics and we are also leveraging the RSS plugin to automate our secondary social accounts. We are a media site that operates over 100 social accounts so the RSS functionality has been crucial to keeping these accounts active and relevant. The analytics and custom dashboards are also useful.
