Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We primarily use Hootsuite for high level analytics and we are also leveraging the RSS plugin to automate our secondary social accounts. We are a media site that operates over 100 social accounts so the RSS functionality has been crucial to keeping these accounts active and relevant. The analytics and custom dashboards are also useful.

We have really benefitted from the automation in particular but we use the content planning features on a daily basis to ensure that relevant content is reaching the right audiences
