I used Hootsuite to manage my own company social media posts and for some clients of my agency. With HootSuite I can save time by not needing to login into each social media account every day to schedule posts. The only thing I need to do is go into Hootsuite and schedule all posts for the week or month at one unique time.
- You can schedule up to 3 profiles of social media channels and schedule the same post for all media at the same time.
- There is a friendly dashboard where you can see all scheduled posts you already set up for each social media accounts.
- You can track the number of follower and how the posted content is performing and check the results you are achieving.
- I am not sure exactly the limit of posts you can keep scheduled at the same time, but when I'm doing it for the whole month, some times this limit is not enough.
- It would be better if we had some options for the dashboard layout where we see the posts scheduled.
- When you modify a post already scheduled you can't change it in more than one social media post, even when it was done together. We should be able to choose what social media to apply changes on.
1 - There is only one person that uses Hootsuite in the company. He is the responsible for the company and clients' social media management and uses this tool almost every day. He creates the editorial series of posts for the whole month, thinks about the most logical sequence for each company considerating special dates such as holidays and promotions, and easily schedules it using Hootsuite.
- It saves our time and also saves some money.
- It makes the management of social media of our clients more organized allowing us to manage more clients at the same time.
- We can concentrate on only one tool and what is more, it is free.
