Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use it as a way to manage our group's social media presence. We are a working group within a larger organization. It's a great way to schedule and manage social media postings across different channels.
  • Scheduling/editing posts
  • Streamline social media management process
  • Easy to use interface
  • Somewhat difficult to update the LinkedIn Profile information (since we don't have an organizational LinkedIn account, and rely on one of the member's LinkedIn accounts to serve as the connection to Hootsuite).
  • The Dashboard page can be a bit busy and it's sometimes easy to miss or overlook a retweet or reply to a post.
  • Have had issues with attaching and adding photos to written content.
  • Has saved us time and effort.
  • Has simplified and improved our social media presence.
I'm not familiar with other platforms that provide a similar service.
Great for smaller groups with a limited budget and resources available for social media marketing/content.
