Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro

Hootsuite is used at my organization in the marketing and communications department. It helps us to efficiently monitor our social media communications and allows for a team that is physically in different locations to all work on the same accounts collaboratively. I love that I have Hootsuite on my phone and can be responsive no matter where I am. It is also very helpful in scheduling communications to go out at predetermined times. On the weekends, for example, it is nice to know that Hootsuite is set up to send out material. It makes my work load more manageable.

  • Allows users to schedule communications, decreasing the workload.
  • The Hootsuite phone app is a lifesaver, allowing my to monitor my company's communications on the go!
  • There is room for improvement on the navigation bar on the left hand side of the screen.
  • Analytics could be improved and brought more to the forefront, with support on how to use the analytics reports in presentations.
  • The $9.99 a month seems a little pricey!
  • Hootsuite helped us to break down communications silos and communicate efficiently across departments.
  • Hootsuite gives us that extra "manpower" to schedule communications strategically. We know the message will be sent out when it needs to be.
  • Hootsuite has helped increase follower engagement because of the ease of monitoring our accounts with Hootsuite.
I use tools like Google alerts to monitor our company. When I worked at a PR agency, I used Netvibes, but never really got into it. I also used Vocus (which was pricey if I remember correctly), and I mess around with Klout, though I don't take it very seriously. Hootsuite is, by far, my favorite and a tool that I have used consistently throughout my career.
If you have a team working on the social media accounts, use Hootsuite. Actually, even if you are just using it yourself, use hootsuite! The easy-to-use dashboard and ability to customize to meet your needs are unsurpassed, in my opinion. I have used Hootsuite for years and constantly check it to ensure brand protection for my company. It has been a lifesaver and is one of the most used apps on my iPhone! I haven't come across any kind of platform that would replace Hootsuite for me.

Using Hootsuite Pro

I don't see my self at work without using Hootsuite. Until something better comes along, it makes my life easier!

Hootsuite Pro Implementation

Keep it simple!
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Change is not entirely welcomed at my company. Thankfully, Hootsuite implementation was easy and seamless. The only obstacles I face is training people from older generations and trying to make sure that they "get it."
  • Multi-generational training can be challenging.

Using Hootsuite Pro

I find Hootsuite to be very easy to use, though there are a couple things that need improvement. Overall, I think Hootsuite is an awesome tool and it helps me to do my job and do it well. I have been a fan for years, tried other products, but none of them come close to Hootsuite.

Yes - I absolutely love the Hootsuite app. The functionality is awesome and the navigation easy to use. I love having Hootsuite on the go!
