Overall Satisfaction

  • At the moment it has helped me understand the level of prospect engagement. It has allowed me to segment potential students and cater my messages to where they are in the sales cycle.
  • At the moment, I have not used enough to make this determination.
  • We have been able to measure the impact of our digital marketing and streamline our efforts to maximize our spends.
I am very satisfied so far, and attending Inbound13 (user conference) has opened my eyes to many more uses I am excited to try.
Can't wait to dive deeper into segmentation and implementing Signals (new functionality extending HubSpot beyond marketing by providing alerts to to Sales and Services staff).

Product Usage

  • We use landing pages, email and blogging. It lets us know how our potential students interact with our site, and helps us understand what particular pay per click campaign is working.

Evaluation and Selection

We were not using any software in particular. We used Google Analytics to measure front-end traffic, but did not have any tracking capabilities.
We did not take part in the selection process.
