- Ease of use: powerful interface that allows for WYSIWYG customization but a fair amount of more advanced customization; flexible API.
- Lead scoring: fast and easy to implement.
Cons
- Salesforce integration sometimes lags (contacts can take a little while to transfer).
- Lack of flexibility for companies with offices in multiple countries (Hubspot shows OVERALL analytics and it can be difficult to segment certain things by country)
