Pros

  • Contact management: sophisticated and does a good job of showing how prospects have interacted with our business.
  • Ease of use: powerful interface that allows for WYSIWYG customization but a fair amount of more advanced customization; flexible API.
  • Lead scoring: fast and easy to implement.

Cons

  • Salesforce integration sometimes lags (contacts can take a little while to transfer).
  • Lack of flexibility for companies with offices in multiple countries (Hubspot shows OVERALL analytics and it can be difficult to segment certain things by country)
  • Inbound lead generation + nurture.
It's affordable for what it does, and we already put work into implementing it w/ Salesforce, etc.

No - Regular support is amazing.

Usability

It's really, really intuitive. I've used Marketo and Hubspot is far easier to use.

Reliability

There have been a few occasions recently when they've had survey issues, but this is very rare.
