Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

I use HubSpot to coordinate and track the results of my blogging, social media, and other marketing efforts. HubSpot provides a one stop solution to get a complete picture of my firm's marketing performance.
  • HubSpot academy and the HubSpot blog are invaluable resources to learn best practices for inbound marketing.
  • HubSpot customer service is second to none. My account rep is consistently attentive to my needs and working with me to find areas for improvement.
  • The HubSpot dashboard and content management system are well-designed and constantly improving.
  • I am looking forward to my site being migrated to the new COS.
  • HubSpot could make it easier to publish to Google Plus and implement Google Authorship, both being essential components of online marketing.
  • More focused inbound marketing efforts, because I can easily visualize what works and what doesn't.
  • A cleaner, more client-friendly website with an emphasis on useful content.
HubSpot is WordPress on steroids, and then some. Much of what HubSpot does could be accomplished with WordPress plugins, but I would be lacking the unified interface, educational resources, and experienced support that HubSpot provides.
I am constantly learning how to make better use of HubSpot's many features. I am sure that as my firm grows, so will my reliance on HubSpot.
I would recommend it to a colleague with enough existing cash flow to pay the monthly fee. Those just starting out are probably better served starting out with a WordPress implementation and migrating later. For those who can afford it, it's a great way to manage your blog, website, email newsletters, and social media presences in one place, with sophisticated tracking tools that tie them all together.
