Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

The customer service is phenomenal. The migration team was able to make most of the changes I requested in a short amount of time. The academy is really great as well. Product is awesome. Extremely user friendly, and easy to use.
  • Extremely strong analytics.
  • Automated email marketing.
  • Landing page creation.
  • Refresh time within the platform is typically 15 minutes with an outside API.
  • Some people find the 12 month contract agreement to be a weakness, but we find it to be a strength, because it keeps everyone on track for at least 12 months.
  • Occasionally the platform can be slow as they make updates.
  • We have seen a 300% revenue increase since we started using HubSpot
HubSpot is awesome. Way more user friendly, built for the customer, not just the "marketer".
We are definitely renewing. Everything we need is built within this system.
Companies with longer sales cycles are an awesome fit for HubSpot.
