Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
It is being used across our whole company to execute all of our marketing initiatives and efforts. We use it to promote content on social channels, we create landing pages and offers inside of it, we manage content, and we also use all of our analytics out of HubSpot. We had an issue where we were starting to get into content marketing but had not way of measuring our ROI. Upon reading the book "Epic Content Marketing", I learned about HubSpot. I found it would allow us to amplify everything we were doing and really take our marketing to the next level and also see what was really working.
- The ability to track and perform marketing activities for the lifecycle of someone from subscriber to lead to customer to evangelist at a micro-level is amazing.
- Their training and support are unreal and amazing.
- The fact that all of the tools are brought together makes it so much easier for my team.
- The pricing model is very intimidating. I can see how most people won't adopt it because it's really expensive at first.
- The software is so powerful- a user really must take the time to get to know the software and put their passion into it. If you don't do this it'll take longer to see ROI.
- We have seen our conversion rate on our content jump from below .5% to over 3% this means for every person who visits our site, we are getting 2.5% more leads which is huge.

To be honest, I did not use the other competitors all that much however, for a while we did all of the activities we used HubSpot for across 10 different softwares and it was horrible. We couldn't track people at a micro-level and none of the software would communicate with each other.
