We utilize HubSpot for our customer relationship management system. We track all activity and communication via HubSpot. Our pipeline is monitored and reported via HubSpot and it acts as a great tool for our day to day operations. It is being utilized by many departments, sales, marketing, and customer service as well as our BoD's. Is address our organizational problems and keeps us up to date each and every day.

HubSpot was very affordable compared to other customer relationship management systems that we came across. It fit our company size perfectly and allowed us to get up and moving rather quickly. There is a wide range of forms for us to house data and allows us to be very specific with the prospects we communicate with.
