Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We have been using HubSpot in Marketing and Sales. I have used Salesforce before and I still think it is superior to HubSpot. Don't get me wrong, HubSpot does its thing, but, if I had to choose, it wouldn't be my first option. One thing that annoys me is the usability of it. The buttons are never at reach and you have to scroll down as they are located at the bottom of the page. Why don't they make it more user-friendly (Fitts' law)? It would take away the negativity I have about the platform itself. Sequences are fine and easy to use but, I don't like the fact that my email signature can't be the same as it is on Gmail. Tasks are easy to set. Phone calls can be done easily from the browser. It works. Not the best but will help you with your daily tasks.
