Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is being used by the whole organization from Marketing to Sales. It helps us find new leads and new business development opportunities. It aslo helps our organization to rate the costumer success and how many potential leads have been contacted and if these have replied in a positive way to our emails and promotions.
I cannot rate this HubSpot tool because it is the first CRM software I am using since my little experience in a Sales department.
It has aligned our Sales and Marketing teams by creating sequences of emails, that could be marketing emails or outbound emails to prospect leads to find new businesses for the organization. In this case, the Sales and the Marketing department work together in order to achieve new contracts and new clients.

It is really convenient when you have prospective leads and you have to contact them. Hubspot is directly linked to your job email on Gmail and this helps to keep track of conversations, contracts, calls, and reunions. HubSpot is less appropriate when, while creating a new deal, you have to insert the region, country, and the business sector for the deal, the company, and the contact.
