Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is used by the whole organization, from Sales, Marketing, BDR, BDMS, and IT. HubSpot helps us to organize our customer database for a more personalized and effective approach (for the sales people) and for better relation management (for the CRM people).

- It would be great if HS could identify if the contact email is correct or not.
- If HS had a Poka-Yoke feature, for example, the management defines the level of quality and the relevant fields. If any of those fields have a mistake or are incomplete, the HS would not allow the profile to be created until the minimum quality standard is fulfilled.
- The Data Quality alert could be ran by a ML model, instead of being manually filled.

The Marketing and Sales Team work together with their campaigns to reach out for new customers through HubSpot.
