Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot right across our whole organization, it keeps everyone up to date on what was last communicated with our awesome clients. Our Sales team us it daily for keeping up with our pipeline to make sure we have enough to keep hitting our targets. We also use the ticket system for our Reorder department and we love it as it keeps it separate from the deals but keeps everything with the companies. We have different stages in the ticket system so we can make sure our awesome clients do get the product before we told them we would. I can't say enough good about HubSpot it's a very powerful tool if used properly. Thanks,
- Very easy to use, and very easy to set it up the way it works for us.
- It keeps all the info we need for each client in one spot.
- I love the way it automatically populates the companies Logo, which helps to make sure it's the same place. Cause in our industry we sell to hospitals and they have lots of different hospitals under the same umbrella.
- I would say it's helped us with our ROI and cost savings.
For some reason, I can't find the ones that we used in the past. I have used Legrande and Salesforce CRM's in the past.
