Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to manage client information and contacts. It’s being used across multiple departments to manage and track customer interactions. I’ve used various CRM software throughout my career and find HubSpot to be the most efficient and concise platform I’ve ever used. It allows me to input, manage, and track the information with ease. I’d absolutely recommend it for any business.

It’s easily the best CRM I’ve used. It’s fluid, I’m easily able to view and retrieve customer information, contact and track interactions and manage and plan for the future.
It’s made it effortless to see how we’re reaching and interacting with customers on a daily basis.
HubSpot is easily more customizable and fluid in my opinion.

It’s well suited if you contact customers over long periods of time and need to keep track of those interactions. It allows for tasks and reminders so that you can stay on top of your customers.
