Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is the main tool we use to organize contacts, deals, and contracts. It is primarily used by sales but also used somewhat by customer success and executive team to forecast. The business problem HubSpot address is organization and high-level sales overview to ensure all team members can see reporting and activity.
Pros
- Contact Information: Great to have all details in one place for outreach.
- Deals dashboard: All deals easily viewed and can be sorted by stage of pipeline.
- Automated workflows: Maintains data and analytics for contacts added.
Cons
- Reports: Are fairly difficult to create and don't track all activity sometimes (Doesn't have all phone calls/meetings even if added into contacts/deals files).
- Syncing with Gmail: Only works with Google Chrome and not with other browsers.
- Increased sales rep adoption
- Increased sales visibility
- Increased tracked sales activity
We are able to use the same CRM between sales and marketing teams, and I think it has been extremely helpful when working together on targeting prospects and potential clients. We are able to link social media accounts to HubSpot and have posts/activity automatically tracked to see engagement, comments, and all other details.
I have had the most experience with HubSpot when comparing to other CRM dashboards, but I think it has really great features that help improve my performance and activity, which I use to create contacts (with all contact information stored in one place), create deals and have businesses organized together in one dashboard.
