Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it across our whole organization. We use it to track all sales and production. Tickets are used in a variety of different ways that help guide things to the proper channels. The automation you can achieve with HubSpot is unlike any other program I have ever used. Jobs have never flowed smoother and customer satisfaction is it an all time high, and HubSpot is a big part of that.

I have actually never used a CRM before HubSpot, but we looked at a few as a team. HubSpot was the clear choice.
We use HubSpot to connect all things Sales, Marketing and Production. It ties everything together in a neat little orange package and it is pretty easily digestible. I have several boards where I do all of my computer oriented work, keep track of the production schedule, and see what jobs we are producing in a day.

I don't think we use HubSpot like most other companies use it. So, I believe it can be tailored to fit in any business doing pretty much anything. I enter a lot of data that transfers to a lot of people on the floor of the warehouse, and it does that seamlessly. We built a scheduling board and in all my years of management, I have never used a better scheduler.
