Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM in the company to systematize and combine the work of two departments—Sales and Marketing. The marketing department takes care of finding various contacts and then they are collected and segmented according to certain available criteria. Additional information about the contacts and their companies is filled in as well mostly by the Sales department. The Sales department single out potential leads and contact them personally. Newsletters are also created and sent using HubSpot CRM for marketing purposes by segmenting existing contacts according to certain criteria.
  • Automatically fills in available information about contacts and companies, saves time.
  • Possibility to send multiple emails in sequence and personalize them according to certain information about each contact/company.
  • Possibility to create separate lists of contacts/companies for your purposes according to certain criteria or a couple of them.
  • Sometimes when the company's name is written in two slightly different ways, HubSpot doesn't merge them automatically and just creates two separate companies in HubSpot. You have to merge them manually. If you have lots of companies on your plate, it takes some time to check if the company you are interested to contact doesn't have a duplicate on HubSpot and hasn't been contacted yet.
  • Created "Deals" could have a separate selection capability on the "Close Date" section. Something similar to "On hold" when you don't know the exact date when you should close the deal. The conversation with the customer may move forward even half of the year later after the "Deal was created". So the "Deal" is not "Lost" and you are just waiting while the customer arranges some things and gets for example funding for your product.
  • Significantly faster information sharing within the international team.
  • Revenue growth.
  • ROI
HubSpot CRM is the only CRM I have used for now and it mostly fully meets the emerging needs and requirements from the perspective of the sales and marketing departments. Not only it helps with information systemization and sharing within the team but also allows to keep track of the going on deals and happening communications also on insightful information and data.
The Marketing departments created forms and sent newsletters allows to gather information about the potential leads. And with additional information about the leads and their companies it can be systematized inside the HubSpot. When seeing this information, the Sales department doesn't need to do any additional hunting or research on the internet, and already has contact information of people who they may contact and achieve revenue growth.

Unfortunately, from personal experience, I can't point out all the advantages for the Marketing department, but it seems that using HubSpot CRM not only creates great and attractive newsletters but collects and organizes a very large amount of contacts and information about them and their companies. All available and stored information about the contacts and companies helps the Sales department to sort them according to certain criteria, start a conversation with potential leads and arrange meetings that lead to successful deals.
