Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are using HubSpot as a lead repository and sales tracking tool. We house our marketing emails through the platform and use APIs directly with HubSpot to connect to our other internal tools.

  • Keeps different internal resources from contacting the same people.
This is the only CRM that I have used in any depth, and I would say that the user interface is highly dated and could stand to be updated. I have been in the biggest CRM to test Salesforce, and HubSpot is more user-friendly than that tool on the surface.
Mautic is much more well-rounded and programmable to our needs but has a slower learning curve.

HubSpot is good as a data repository of contacts and companies with a simple email tracking tool that ties into your email systems, but not currently what we would use for intelligent and prolonged email campaigns.
