Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are using HubSpot as a lead repository and sales tracking tool. We house our marketing emails through the platform and use APIs directly with HubSpot to connect to our other internal tools.

This is the only CRM that I have used in any depth, and I would say that the user interface is highly dated and could stand to be updated. I have been in the biggest CRM to test Salesforce, and HubSpot is more user-friendly than that tool on the surface.
Our Sales and Marketing teams are the same team, so alignment isn't a primary concern.
