Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I’m an independent broker and use HubSpot CRM as my CRM for my clients. I set follow-ups and organize my prospects. I can set reminders and link the appointments to my calendar. It addresses the problems of not being organized. It also helps me follow up with my clients and not neglect them

Very easy to use. I've used other CRMs that are very confusing. Some are just archaic with no features. I know someone who has this 35-year-old CRM and is still using it because he's old and set in his ways. If only he would switch to HubSpot CRM, life would be so much easier!

Well suited for companies with lots of clients to organize and keep detailed notes and records. Great for those that want to follow up with all their clients, as you can set follow-ups and tasks. Less appropriate for the old school type that needs everything written down on paper.
