Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We only use this for our sales and marketing team. We use this to manage and track leads as they progress through the funnel. We use CRM to send emails texts and make calls. We have CRM linked to Ring Central in order to do this. We also use this to generate and send marketing emails.

Pros

  • Generate automated contacts for new leads.

Cons

  • The new update is hard to read.
  • More users should be able to create and edit email templates.
  • It would be a big benefit to be able to send texts out of the CRM.

Overall, this CRM is fairly easy to use. There are a few things that can be frustrating, for example when a lead get generated after hours hubspot is link to notify is and sometimes does but some times doesn't. Call and engagements can be hard to track with the new update that consolidates the interactions on a lead.
This allows Sales to access the tools generated by the Marketing team much easier. A pain point we have is that Sales doesn't get the same access as the Marketing team and can't create or edit a simple email template. Our Marketing team has to make any changes or edits.
I have previously used Salesforce, which is a great tool for those who are very tech-savvy. In my opinion, HubSpot is a much more user-friendly CRM. This benefits my self and the rest of my sales team because we don't have time to spend messing with Salesforce or other complicated CRMS.

I like the HubSpot platform. Overall, this is a fairly easy-to-use system. However, the frequent updates are relatively annoying. It would be better if we received an email of changes that are coming soon. As soon as you get used to the system something changes. I do like how we can connect the CRM to our website.
