Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM has all your deals and data in one place. You can link with your choice of call, text, scheduling software, etc. Everything is all in one place. The interface is user friendly and very easy to get used to for beginners. There are also more complex options available for the seasoned user. I enjoy being able to see reports displayed in pleasing colors (a small but critical detail). Every change is time stamped, so if you ever forget when or why, no problem! Lots of times my job requires profiles to load quickly and HubSpot CRM does. Likely the best CRM I've used in a while.
Pros
- Straightforward--easy to understand and learn
- Easy on the eyes--pleasing to look at and work with
- All-in-one and done well--seamless incorporation of linked software/platforms
Feedback from each department is highly valuable. We also connect the sales team to the customer success team. The sales team gets to record notes about each client thoroughly and each note is time- and user-stamped. This allows the customer success team to accurately get to know the client before jumping on a call.
Didn't compare. HubSpot CRM was recommended to me!
