Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot across both sales and marketing depts. It solves the endless problem of purifying our data and it gives us insights into records we may have missed as prospects.

I’ve built 3 CRM systems and HubSpot is superior to all of them combined. The simplicity of adding, merging, managing records. The ease to build, manage and report on drip campaigns. HubSpot is constantly adding new integrations, improving the existing system. Our team has used HubSpot for two years and love it!
I'm on the sales side of the business. It's important for me to get solid leads and have all the information available to me when I need it. We discuss strategies and results from our HubSpot campaigns on a continuous basis. The HubSpot roundup and product spotlight help guide us.
HubSpot is more dynamic, offers integrations like video and it's more user-friendly. The search and task features are easier to use. I use templates all the time and it saves me a ton of time. Our Marketing team builds me sequences and they use workflows all the time. These tools weren't available with the other systems.

Most organizations have a lot of data but that doesn't mean it's "good" data. It’s well suited for companies with a lot of data records to keep organized. It’s probably not suited for a business with only a few records, or someone not looking to grow or maintain its customers.
