Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot CRM is being used by our sales (primarily business development team) & marketing departments. It acts as a central repository for all our prospect & customer data. It provides complete visibility into our customer & prospect communications across team members, mitigating the potential for overlap, conflict or miscommunication. It also makes it easy for us to look at any contact and know what the status is, plus you're able to see your entire pipeline across your team.
  • User friendly - intuitive & easy to navigate
  • Customizable dashboard with metrics & reports
  • List segmentation & workflows!
  • Ease of integration with email & cloud VoIP
  • Sometimes reports don't update immediately.
  • Can take a little while to figure out how to set up the appropriate workflows.
  • It has helped to shorten deal cycles as the tracking of the deals in Hubspot acts as a constant reminder of the status of all open deals.
  • It helps us all stay accountable.
I haven't used another CRM besides HubSpot, however it's user-friendly nature leads me to believe it would be just as if not easier to use than other similar CRM softwares. Though, it is likely this is partly due to Hubspot's more simplistic nature (compared to something like Salesforce that is built for Enterprise and thus more complex).
[HubSpot CRM] has greatly helped align our sales & marketing teams. It is a central platform for us all to collaborate through and the logging of all activity keeps every one on the same page.
We were not using a CRM before Hubspot, everything was kept in excel prior (#NoMoreSpreadsheets!).

For a mid-sized company, Hubspot CRM is a great asset. I can imagine that in a larger Enterprise, or an organization that uses multiple platforms for their sales/marketing teams, it could become a little redundant or not complex enough.
