Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot CRM is being used by our sales (primarily business development team) & marketing departments. It acts as a central repository for all our prospect & customer data. It provides complete visibility into our customer & prospect communications across team members, mitigating the potential for overlap, conflict or miscommunication. It also makes it easy for us to look at any contact and know what the status is, plus you're able to see your entire pipeline across your team.
- User friendly - intuitive & easy to navigate
- Customizable dashboard with metrics & reports
- List segmentation & workflows!
- Ease of integration with email & cloud VoIP
- Sometimes reports don't update immediately.
- Can take a little while to figure out how to set up the appropriate workflows.
- It has helped to shorten deal cycles as the tracking of the deals in Hubspot acts as a constant reminder of the status of all open deals.
- It helps us all stay accountable.
We were not using a CRM before Hubspot, everything was kept in excel prior (#NoMoreSpreadsheets!).
