Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Used as traditional CRM. Track initial prospect interactions (calls, emails, etc.) throughout the entire sales process. Used by Sales and Client Success to track post-sales interactions. One centralized database for customer engagement. As a small company, each employee inevitably "touches" customer accounts, so each employee has a login. Even our CEO leverages to monitor prospect & customer interactions.
- Email interface with gmail: LOVE that emails are automatically deposited into HubSpot CRM. THis is a massive time saver for sales vs. having to manually copy/paste into the CRM (I've done this in the past in Sales Force).
- Dashboards for Sales Tasks: I 100% run my day leveraging follow-up tasks, which HubSpot CRM has made simple & easy. What's great is the # of calls, emails, meetings scheduled and meetings held tracking. Especially that it's alongside outstanding tasks vs. having to go to a separate 'Reporting' tab. Absolutely LOVE THIS.
- Account entry: really like how intuitive & simple it is to enter new accounts into HubSpot CRM. Also like the notification that an account contact has already been entered into HubSpot CRM. Greatly helps limiting multiple account records which can fill a CRM with "junk".
- When a calendar invite is sent via Gmail, this does not always flow thru to HubSpot CRM. This has resulted in meetings not reflecting in HubSpot CRM, or duplicates if the calendar invite does flow thru and a rep manually enters.
- I choose to log meeting notes in Google Docs and copy/paste them into the 'Team notes' field of the HubSpot CRM meeting field. I do this so I can retain notes from meetings for my personal records and they're not solely in HubSpot CRM in case I leave the company. The colored font from Google Docs does not remain a color other than black when I copy/paste. I know this is nit picky, but colored font is how I differentiate questions asked from prospect responses.
- I've only been using HubSpot CRM for 4 months, but over that time, there have been multiple instances when HubSpot CRM has "gone down," resulting in me being unable to access & update prospect records. This effectively results in Sales being "dead in the water" and can be cumbersome while prospecting.
- "Time Spent Selling" due to intuitive nature of HubSpot CRM.
- Increased efficiency due to being simple for reps to use.
- Enhanced (and accurate) tracking for sales mgmt.
HubSpot CRM is much more user-friendly and intuitive than Salesforce. The reporting feature is prominently featured vs. having to go to a separate tab. The email integration with Gmail is much easier to be set up by the user vs relying on someone else internally to arrange. Metric tracking for sales management is also readily available and visible to the sales reps on a daily basis.
