Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is currently being used across the sales and marketing departments. It is helping us to address the reporting and lifecycle tracking challenges we were facing as the business scaled. Specifically, our sales team needed enhanced reporting tools to keep track of their various deals and sales pipelines, while the marketing team needed visibility into marketing funnel drop off and enhanced attribution models.
- HubSpot's integration between sales and marketing allows our team to reach out to prospects with relevant and timely information, based on their current interests
- The cross-reporting functionality creates visibility into our sales team's activity vs output
- The ability to combine both automated and manual steps within sequences allows our sales team to create a more personalized approach for each prospect
- I wish that contact details could be edited from the main contact page (in more of a spreadsheet style), rather than having to individually click into each contact or preview a contact to change data
- A/B testing for emails or steps within sequences would be helpful
- Currently, the details of each step in a sequence can only be viewed if you click "edit", but if would be nice to be able to read the emails that are contained within a sequence without having to go into edit mode.
- HubSpot has decreased our sales pipeline drop off by creating visibility into all steps of the sales cycle and automating some of the more tedious tasks of our sales process, such as follow up emails, appointment reminders, etc.
- HubSpot has improved the effectiveness of our lead generation efforts by creating visibility into the close rate of leads from each of our marketing channels.
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
Salesforce lacked even the most basic reporting functionality, making it very difficult to get an understanding of the number of calls our reps had per week, the outcome of those calls, and the length of the lifecycle of each lead.
