The Clever Site uses HubSpot CRM we are able to track the flow of operations throughout our organization. Overall, The Clever Site team is able to manage tasks and track the pipelines of our current and new clients. Since it is utilized in different departments the note-taking helps tremendously with an overview of what is happening.

The ability to go back through all interactions made with any client is such a significant feature that it can not be understated how important it is to have such a feature when a new team member comes along.
