Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is primarily being used by our Sales and Marketing Departments as an efficient way to conduct sales and marketing campaigns.
Pros
- Organizes and Manages Sales Contacts
- Allows for Sequence Mailings, which saves time and effort when contacting prospects
- Provides Dashboard results of Sequence mailings, including helpful analytics like "Open Rate"
Cons
- Personalizing Templates - it would be helpful if you were to alphabetize the fields so that searching for the field you want is easier and more efficient. Currently, there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to where a field will appear as I scroll through to find the field I want to use... so, it is inefficient and time is wasted searching.
- Positive impact on business objectives - specifically revenue growth and shorter deal cycles

My company already had HubSpot and not Salesforce so it was not my choice
I like Hubspot better than Salesforce because of the ability to do Sequence mailings to prospects. Maybe Salesforse has this feature, but I was never aware of it being used at my previous employer.
