Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's been used across the whole organization, in different departments (customer service, marketing, sales...)
  • The different stages you can choose
  • Pipeline is really clear
  • Easy to use
  • Different views for the pipeline
  • A different view for tasks, maybe a calendar would be nice
  • Shorter deal cycles
  • Cost savings
I used Pipedrive before and I find HubSpot CRM way more complete and practical. There are more options than there were in Pipedrive.
So much simpler than Hubspot CRM

Yes

It is less appropriate in order to organize the tasks, I still need my Google Calendar or my agenda as the tasks view in HubSpot CRM is not really clear.
It is well suited to change stages really easily or to add information about a deal (with notes)
