Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It's been used across the whole organization, in different departments (customer service, marketing, sales...)
Pros
- The different stages you can choose
- Pipeline is really clear
- Easy to use
Cons
- Different views for the pipeline
- A different view for tasks, maybe a calendar would be nice
- Shorter deal cycles
- Cost savings
I don't really know the answer. But I think for marketing it's really easy to assign leads to the sales department and the lead conversion is more simplified
So much simpler than Hubspot CRM
