Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It is being used by the entire organization. It was a decision to use HubSpot as an all-in-one tool for the company to have one central place for all the data/reporting/marketing/sales/service/etc. Also, to avoid having to have numerous accounts for different tools which can lead to confusion and poor data integrity due to loss of information across platforms.
- The automation is pretty awesome and works well.
- The custom report builder tool is pretty well made.
- Support is quick and helpful.
- Custom properties are very useful.
- Lists tool is great.
- More Visual Marketing pipeline, similar to deals and tickets.
- Specific onboarding pipeline that is not a 'ticket' or ' deal' would be nice.
- Being able to create something like 'Quote templates' would be useful.
- Being able to edit some properties to change some words to cater to our companies view. Lifecycle stage for example. We had to make our own.
- Being able to build a list based off deal properties would be wonderful.
- Increased Sales Rep Activity.
- Delay in Revenue due to the length of time it took our company to get HubSpot CRM set up correctly.
- Increased Service.
We have hired a partner to handle our marketing efforts and lead gen has not fully kicked off with marketing yet so I do not have any information to speak to here just yet.
The only other one I (can't speak for others within the company) have used is ChildcareCRM. Like I said though, used for a different purpose, more B to C. We are using HubSpot for B to B.
