The sales processes have been simplified with HubSpot CRM, and the impact is noticeable. However, the marketing piece is still pretty basic and needs a lot of improvement. The email creator was not super sophisticated and also costly. Therefore, we had to switch to an alternative provider for emails. The integration is a blessing as we can import necessary information when required from other platforms.
We looked for available solutions in the market including the peer reviews of existing users of the solutions. HubSpot CRM came out as a unanimous choice on a lot of social platforms. When we discussed the pricing with the relationship manager, it turned out to be within our budget so we decided to go forward with it.
