Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Across the organization. Typically used for:
- All contacts and records repository
- Sequences
- marketing emails
- list management
- documents
and a lot more.
HubSpot CRM is the central hub for us, and we leverage the rest of our platforms by either integrating, pulling, or pushing data from HubSpot CRM when required.

I've used very complicated enterprise-level software in the past. Compared to that, HubSpot CRM is pretty intuitive. However, having said that, it still needs a lot to be done. When I first started using HubSpot CRM, I found it to be intimidating until I got my hands around it.
Overall, it is user-friendly.
We looked for available solutions in the market including the peer reviews of existing users of the solutions. HubSpot CRM came out as a unanimous choice on a lot of social platforms. When we discussed the pricing with the relationship manager, it turned out to be within our budget so we decided to go forward with it.

After a certain number of users, HubSpot CRM becomes prohibitively expensive, especially the marketing modules. Moreover, we have to currently rely on a lot of separate software platforms because some features are not available directly on HubSpot CRM. For example, detailed insights into sequences, advanced bulk emailer tool, ticket management system, and similar tools.
