Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is a great tool overall. It allows for accurate management of the people in an easy to consume way. One thing that could use work is the sequences, as they have limited functionality.

HubSpot CRM is very easy to use compared to Salesforce.com. Almost everyone at my last company struggled to use Salesforce.com, and I think that they all could pick up HubSpot CRM within the same day. Too many complex reporting features in Salesforce.com are both a pro and con. Overall HubSpot CRM makes it very easy and intuitive.
[I have used] Devart dotConnect for Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. HubSpot CRM is a great tool for pipeline management. To be honest, I didn't choose HubSpot CRM, so I'm not sure this question is relevant for me.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for pipeline management and tracking of the deals you are working on. It's less appropriate for sequences and mass outreach.
