Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used as a primary CRM tool. The entire sales team is using it. It allows us better automation and visibility into deals. We also integrate it with the HubSpot marketing portal as well. This gives us a much better way to work together with marketing to achieve our sales objectives.
  • Automated Emails
  • Integrated Voice Calling features
  • Integration with the Marketing Hub
  • Direct selection of contacts for emailing besides just including them in a sequence
  • Need the ability to save views as default every time a section is loaded
  • More customization and layout options for different contacts/company views
  • Better technical support
  • Increased sales rep adoption
  • more consistent updating of data
  • better sales automation
Overall HubSpot CRM has been the easiest to use compared to other systems I have used in the past. It does, however, have some rough edges and areas where the interface is not intuitive. The sales automation is the best I have seen, and overall it is very streamlined and easy to use for most day-to-day tasks.
HubSpot CRM is easier and more streamlined than both Salesforce.com or NetSuite CRM. HubSpot CRM has much better marketing integration and an easier learning curve. HubSpot CRM offers much better automation features and email marketing functionality. HubSpot CRM's ability to make calls and record them has been a very helpful part of my workflow as a remote sales rep.

Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued), NetSuite CRM, Microsoft Teams
HubSpot CRM works great for small to medium-sized organizations. I don't feel it has enough of the enterprise features like some of the bigger competitors like Salesforce.com. HubSpot CRM is very easy to deploy and maintain and has a less steep learning curve than most of its competitors. This makes it great for smaller organizations with fewer resources to maintain the CRM.
