Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
For the moment, HubSpot is used by all the members of the company in each department.
It is a very useful tool, much more easy to organise our work, because of the reminders [and] the fact that we can leave notes, create tasks, send mails, and call. However, [it is] sometimes a bit slow to update and when we write mails on HubSpot it's complicated to put special characters like ã, for example.

- Difficulties to write mails with special characters with accentuation (ã) it jumps the letter. Sometimes the type of the letter changes in the middle of the email.
SalesOutlook CRM doesn't have as many features as HubSpot! Not so easy to organise work and find information!
