Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is undoubtedly loaded with features our company
needed for the better management of customer relations. It has professionally
solved the problems by utilizing its profoundly beneficial features [for example] we can
track activity and email, email tracking is one of its
amazing features. We can manage lead and marketing needs with it and its
dashboard is clear and its mobile application is doing wonders for us by the
assistance of which we are better able to deal work from anywhere.


  • Its scheduling tool is good to schedule tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • We can keep an eye on the inbound and outbound calls.
  • With the help of the pipeline, we can organize almost everything.
  • One can easily comprehend this tool, even for beginners, this tool is very easy to manage.
  • Mobile application is just wow.
  • Email tracking operates sumptuously.


  • The price value of HubSpot [CRM] is so unfair that I think it is the most expensive in the market right now so I think they should work on declining its sky-high price.
  • In the very beginning, we had to call [the] customer support team [and] they were sluggish, although they have given the opportunity to text, its team still is of no use.

I have witnessed how a single decision of moving to this
tool has changed the entire aura of the customer relations of our company. We
were in dire need of the tool to help us in email marketing and voila! We got
the one and in a jiffy, it has become the need of our company and [in] using its
features our company has faced a massive uplift. It is a complete pack of
features and [it] is good for tracking activities.
It has been beneficial as we can add quotes in our deals and it is also helpful in workflow and activity tracking. It has made it permissible for us to scale the opportunity which is no less than a blessing and it helped in email marketing as well and empowered us enough to find and reach our most potential customers which ultimately lead us to a better future [in our] sales and marketing department.
Ardexus CRM was lacking many of the features which the company
was in dire need of. Scheduling and pipeline management were the most pathetic
in working and I guess it was buggy which was the major cause of its slow
working. But our customer relationship management department needed something
that would understand our business needs and would work hand in hand with
us, luckily we got HubSpot.

For all the companies either big or small HubSpot CRM is the
name I can recommend with confidence. It has been a year [since] we [began] using it
and haven’t faced any major issue apart from its pricing and its customer
support we have found this tool [very] beneficial, loaded with multiple features
to enhance user’s CRM solution experience. This is exactly what we were
looking for.
