Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

At my company, we use HubSpot for support, client relationship management and marketing. This solution helps us maintain a strong focus on all the bits concerning the technical support needed for our clients, but also, helps us stay on top of the everyday sales activities. The Marketing team has seen the strongest impact on the collaboration of sales and mkt.

It's a bit harder to find your way around the functionalitites. Takes time to adjust and learn.

HubSpot does a great job supporting sales and marketing processes. The biggest advantage I've witnessed is helping the teams communicate what is currently important by simple automation we've set up in Slack. Sales teams regularly get notified of all the leads marketing brings in and it makes a huge difference in our workflow. Of course, it's a solution with numerous functionalities so you can sometimes get lost while looking for a specific thing. Time and experience help there. It's a good tool!

Evaluating HubSpot CRM and Competitors

Yes - We have replaced Pipedrive with HubSpot because we aimed at gaining better collaboration between sales and marketing. Pipedrive was a really nice tool which we liked, but it was strictly a sales tool.
  • Product Features
The price was high but the features seemed worth it.
We had no idea that transferring data from another vendor would be such a complicated process. I am not sure if that would have influenced the decision, but it would help to plan things better.
