Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to market and prospect accounts/contacts. We also use it to track activities per contact. We also use it as an addition to our Salesforce.

  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to train others on.
  • Syncs to Salesforce.
  • Intuitive.
  • Duplicate accounts.
  • Difficult to manage large amounts of data.
  • Notifications are sometimes confusing.
  • Increased production.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
  • More opportunities for our sales teams.
Much easier than Outreach and Salesforce.

I like everything about HubSpot. In my experience, it is great as far as customizing. The activity feed is important for me to know who is most receptive to additional outreach campaigns. I really cannot think of anything where HubSpot is less appropriate and I would not prefer to use anything but HubSpot.
