Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot as the main CRM at our company. We collect and store info about all the contacts in it, use different tools it offers us, such as email sequences, workflows, reporting, and more.
It helps our marketing and sales teams be organized and share information between each other which helps us to grow our business.

The reporting and dashboards are also extremely important, as they help us share data between teams and track important business metrics.
- Contact properties.
- Filters.
- Various types of workflows.
- Great place to store the whole info about all the contacts you have.
- Some integrations with other tools need improvements, e.g. with Outreach.
- Paid ads attribution is not always accurate.
- Sending sequences from other’s email addresses (like you can do with automated emails) would be great.
- Helped us gather info in one place and be more aligned between sales and marketing teams.
- Helped us save time with a number of workflow automations.
- Helped us make decisions based on the reporting and data we collect.
I can definitely say that it helped us a lot to align our sales and marketing teams, especially after we made some strategic decisions which also included the metrics we are reporting and the goals we are targeting. It’s much smoother now than we had it before. I think HubSpot really helped us once we had added all the necessary info there.
HubSpot just offers much more compared to other CRMs and it just works. Once you are fully settled, it works like a charm.
