HubSpot CRM is an effective tool in handling sales and other marketing activities. I found it very resourceful to manage my contacts and leads. Features like email tracking, meeting scheduling, live chat, and prospect tracking are very user-friendly for keeping in touch with sales activities. Moreover, the Gmail & outlook integration and email templates to help you easily email and communicate with leads. The dashboard is also very handy to monitor the sales pipeline and other processes regarding the same.

Its very easy and comfortable to use. the tool and its features and very handy for the team to use and monitor. The analytics and figures can be easily tracked which can help in determining important decisions related to revenue generation and account managements. All in all it is very user-friendly.
