Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

After evaluating competitor CRM's, we decided HubSpot CRM would best suit our use case. We used it to load target companies and contacts to manage leads, prospects, and accounts. The additional use case was for managing email marketing campaigns. This was for a small 8 person startup company.

It is very easy to get up and running. You can read through documentation and be off to the races on configuring. Very intuitive compared to other CRM solutions that are very difficult to administer and use (configuring fields, dashboards, forms, etc.). It is very good at checking for duplicate contacts and uploading new contacts.
HubSpot [CRM] gives you about 90% of what the paid CRM's provide. We selected HubSpot CRM because it was free, flexible, easy to use and customize, and would allow to connect to its marketing platform seamlessly.

A great starter CRM that has a freeware version. It is a full-fledged CRM that allows for a lot of customization out of the box without having to purchase [HubSpot] CRM. It is great if you already leverage their Marketing platform. You don't have to outlay $$$$$ like other competitors. It is intuitive to set up and design for your organization. Can be used for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
