We use hubspot CRM to keep hold all our customer details and also to track prospects. We use the forms features on all the book download pages. And we use the social media links to track details of the reach of our social media activities

- personally, I cannot name anything. But I will make the point that Hubspot adds so many new features that it sometimes can become overwhelming to know how best to make use of it.
- We moved from WordPress and various email tools to Hubspot. My stress levels went down becausenwe got rid of so many bitty bits
- We still are not yet using Hubspot to the full extent of its capabilty. But when we do, i am confident that it will underpin systematic growth
