Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use hubspot CRM to keep hold all our customer details and also to track prospects. We use the forms features on all the book download pages. And we use the social media links to track details of the reach of our social media activities

  • Track customer activities of all kinds
  • simple forms to collect data.
  • easy de-duping
  • personally, I cannot name anything. But I will make the point that Hubspot adds so many new features that it sometimes can become overwhelming to know how best to make use of it.
  • We moved from WordPress and various email tools to Hubspot. My stress levels went down becausenwe got rid of so many bitty bits
  • We still are not yet using Hubspot to the full extent of its capabilty. But when we do, i am confident that it will underpin systematic growth
  • Now it is possible to access - not only the software - but highly skilled staff who know exactly how to use it to grow a business
The only comparison I can make is with Salesforce. Salesforce is fine if you have a huge department of highly trained people but otherwise it is a "pain in the b" (2/10 for ease of use.
Hubspot is awesome (10/10 for ease of use) and once I finally migrate the last of our records off from Salesforce I will be very happy indeed.
We are moving the last of our Customers from SFDC - which does most things that we need but it's so hard. Hubspot does everything and its SO EASY

Hubspot is excellent for a small startup that wants to grow into a major business but NOT outgrow the techstack.
Hubspot is easy for non-techies to set up and confg=igure but it all has the power to support an organisation doing marketing and sales funnels
Hubspot has an excellent library where you can read up on examples and how best to use the platform.
Hubspot has built in best practice processes - you can "borrow them" and get started easily
