Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use the CRM to track deals, and quotes, and manage our data. We classify our contact and account information and use it to market unique messages to our contacts.
Pros
- The workflows are great!
- I like the consistency in the layouts.
- Reporting tools are effective and easy to use.
Cons
- Customizability with dependent fields.
- Ability to build workflows that update product and amount fields.
- Deduplication efforts do not get down to the street address level and make branches of the same company look like duplicate records - when they are not.
- More customer engagement
- Better sales engagement
We have been able to utilize the contact's sales enters into our marketing efforts seamlessly!
We chose HubSpot because of the integration between the sales and marketing hubs. It's great to have all of our data on one platform.
